Charlottesville–Right Now: Dede Smith and Richard Lloyd Say Dredging Is Less Expensive

Richard Lloyd and Dede Smith talk with Coy and respond to The Daily Progress’s June 16th Article. The article states that dredging would be more expensive than building a new Ragged Mountain dam, but Dede Smith and Richard Lloyd argue the plan leaves out many of the costs and would use more water than Charlottesville actually needs.
