Charlottesville Delegate David Toscano evaluates his freshman session in the General Assembly

Delegate David Toscano of Charlottesville and Albemarle County recaps his freshman term in the Virginia General Assembly, a blockbuster session which lasted from January 11 and lasted until June 28. The conversation begins with a discussion of the rules set forth on the first day, and extends to a talk about what Toscano believes are the highlights and lowlights of the session. He is proud of the raise in teacher salaries.
