Champion talks about the new bill to cover health care treatments for children with, and today she focuses on the proposed amendments to try to kill the bill and what Senators were behind them. In addition, she talks about what is next for the legislation which has made it through the House of Delegates and is now up to its third reading on the Senate floor.
