Former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore joins Coy Barefoot on WINA’s “Charlottesville–Right Now!” to discuss his future plans. After a direct question from Coy, Gilmore said he has yet to make a decision, and is concentrating on electing Republicans to the General Assembly. The former governor outlines his reason why the Republicans need to hold on to the Presidency.

Dr. Lynn Rainville is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Archaeology at Sweet Briar College in Amherst. Rainville is an expert on Turkey, and she begins this appearance on WINA’s “Charlottesville–Right Now!” with Coy Barefoot to talk about how the Iraq War is affecting stability in Turkey. Karen Kolber is a long-time political strategist, who joins Coy Barefoot on WINA’s Charlottesville–Right Now to talk about national and Virginia politics.
