Bob Holsworth serves as a member of the Virginia Higher Education Committee, which met for the first time today. Bob filled Coy in on the meeting, where the issue of whether to raise or cap out of state enrollment at UVA was discussed. Other topics include an update on the National D-Day memorial in Bedford.
