Bell and Toscano meet with constituents at Community Chalkboard

The two legislators who represent Charlottesville and Albemarle County in the Virginia House of Delegates come from opposite sides of the aisle. But they came together Wednesday evening for a dialogue with constituents during a program sponsored by the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Protection of Free Expression.
