Charlottesville–Right Now: The ACLU’s Kent Willis on the rights of political campaigners

Kent Willis of the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia calls in during the October 12th edition of WINA’s Charlottesville–Right Now to discuss the latest development in the Rich Collins’ trespassing case. A judge has thrown out his conviction on charges of trespassing at Shopper’s World Plaze in May of 2005 while campaigning. Willis is on hand to trace the history of the case.
