Joining the program are Brasserie Saison General Manager Will Curley, The Clifton chef Matthew Bousquet, Three Notch’d chef Patrick Caroll and Farm Bell Kitchen chef Jabari Wadlington. Topics include: Restaurant Week menus and the chefs’ favorite cooking spices and pizza toppings.
