1.17.11 Mayor of the City of Charlottesville Dave Norris joins Coy to discuss the latest on the water supply plan. An important meeting will be held tomorrow between the Charlottesville City Council and the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors in an attempt to reach a compromise, and Mayor Norris previews what he expects to shake down tomorrow based on what he views to be the mindset of the County coming into the discussion.
