In this edition of the RunCast, Mark Lorenzoni updates listeners on the last few races of 2011. He recaps the results of the Monticello Holiday Classic 5K and Three Bridges Marathon and Half-Marathon. Particularly worth noting is the description of the feast provided by Michael Gaffney at the end of the marathon. Mark also reminds listeners that it’s not too late to participate in the 10 Miler Training Program.
