The conference, co-hosted by the Charlottesville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and 100 Black Men of Central Virginia, is titled “Empowering Males to Build Opportunities and Develop Independence,” and will be held at PVCC on Saturday, March 12.
