Chilean Ambassador Heraldo Munoz on Pinochet’s 1973 coup

Heraldo Munoz is the Chilean Ambassador to the United Nations and the author of The Dictator’s Shadow: Life Under Augusto Pinochet. He joined Coy Barefoot on WINA’s “Charlottesville–Right Now!” to discuss the September 11th, 1973 coup that lead to Augusto Pinochet’s reign over Chile.
