Changing Virginia’s energy culture with Al Weed

Former 5th District Congressional Candidate Al Weed has relaunched Public Policy of Virginia, a grass roots organization whose stated mission is to “change the energy culture of the Commonwealth.” Weed joined Rick Moore on the July 13th edition of the Sunday Morning Wake-Up Call on WNRN to answer questions about the role carbon emissions. What makes them so bad for the environment? Can the current free markets be used to reduce carbon emissions? What is a carbon tax? How does all of this affect Virginia?
