		<description>It&#039;s funny to me that the rest of the state of Virginia has now suddenly taken a strong interest in the proposed power plant in Wise County and its environmental impact.  I thought we here in Southwestern Virginia didn&#039;t exist or are thought of as &quot;ignorant hillbillies&quot; by the northern and eastern parts of the state.  I suppose it is another try and bringing outside religion (compassion in this case), to the savages of the Southwest.</description>
