To say that Tom Loach is dissatisfied with the way that Albemarle County has handled the Crozet Master Plan might be an understatement. He’s livid. Loach joins Coy Barefoot on WINA’s “Charlottesville–Right Now!” to describe what he thinks went wrong after the County doubled the build-out population from 12,000 to 24,000.
