The <a href="http://listserv.bnsi.net/pipermail/eyesonivy/2004-October/000126.html" rel="nofollow">October 2004 vote</a> by the Board of Supervisors was unanimous to reject the Faulconer site plan (that includes votes by current candidates <strong>Dorrier, Boyd, Wyant</strong>) for their 27 acre site off Morgantown Road in Ivy, VA. Before the <a href="http://listserv.bnsi.net/pipermail/eyesonivy/2004-September/000116.html" rel="nofollow">County Planning Commission in September 2004</a>, <strong>Marcia Joseph</strong> voted to recommend rejection of the Faulconer site plan too. Faulconer took Albemarle County to Circuit Court and was successful in having the decision overturned. The County declined to appeal the case to the Virginia Supreme Court.
