John Semmelhack and Jane Fisher are with the Charlottesville Community Design Center. That’s the group that’s been organizing the Market Value Competition, an architectural contest to envision the future of the two parking lots on Water Street in downtown Charlottesville. They’ll announce the finalists tonight at their headquarters on the Downtown Mall. Fisher and Semmelhack join Coy Barefoot on WINA’s “Charlottesville–Right Now!” to talk about the competition.
