And what is his role in the administration? Is his position one of mediator when needed, does he advise the governor/staff re: mediation possibilities, does he steer the administration toward CR solutions? I am on the Board of Community Mediation Maryland and we would like to explore what can be developed with Governor O'Malley in this regard...
