Virginia Quarterly Review: Winter 2007 Ted Genoways is the editor of the Virginia Quarterly Review, the literary magazine of the University of Virginia. On this edition of Charlottesville–Right Now! with Coy Barefoot, he discusses the Winter Edition of the VQR – a massive 300-page “Journal of Literature and Discussion.” This issue features photographs from Chris Hondros, who recently won the highest award for war photography, as well as an essay by John Ghazvinian, who was on the show last week. It also features an installment of Art Spiegelman’s ongoing “comix memoir,” an untraditional comic by the Pulitzer-Prize winning author/artist of the graphic novel Maus.The Spring issue will feature extensive coverage of the US-Mexican border.
