Delegate Chris Peace was elected earlier this year in a special election to represent the 97th House district in the General Assembly. He joined Coy Barefoot on the October 5th edition of WINA’s Charlottesville–Right Now to talk about his career, this year’s General Assembly session, and the changing nature of his huge district.

“It’s one of the fastest growing areas in the Commonwealth,” says Peace. “Many people are fleeing Northern Virginia traffic, heading to Caroline County. There are folks in Metro Williamsburg and Metro Richmond that are heading to New Kent.”
