Frazier Solsberry is a participating attorney at the Rutherford Institute, and is working on the Rich Collins trespassing case. Collins is appealing his conviction on charges of trespassing at Shopper’s World plaza in May ’05 while campaigning for the House of Delegates. Solsberry describes what happened when the case was heard in court this past Wednesday. He made his comments on the September 20 edition of WINA’s Charlottesville–Right Now.
