Former House of Delegates candidate Rich Collins says he was not being disruptive when he was arrested for trespassing while campaigning for office outside Whole Foods. And he says he has just discovered the video evidence to help overturn his conviction. Collins joined Coy Barefoot to give the details on the September 18th edition of WINA’s Charlottesville–Right Now to make his case, in advance of his appeal on Wednesday.
