Kay Peaslee on how Charlottesville has changed in 36 years

Kay Peaslee moved to Charlottesville 36 years ago from Nova Scotia. She founded the now defunct Observer with her late husband. Kay recently dropped by WINA to chat with Coy Barefoot about her recollections of Charlottesville, the changes that have occured since 1970, and how the local media scene has evolved.
