They discussed the recent approval of a nine-story building on the downtown mall. Will it change the character of the popular destination? The topic also came up during a recent Charlottesville City Council meeting on strategic planning. Brian also talked about the proposed Rivanna Village development near Glenmore, which has caused many Albemarle residents to become concerned over the impact of more people in the area.
