Jennifer McClellan, Delegate for Virginia’s 71st House District, joined Coy Barefoot on the June 1 edition of WINA’s Charlottesville–Right Now to give an update on the special session to reach a state budget. McClellan is in her first term representing parts of Henrico County and the city of Richmond. She also talks about the new statue of civil rights pioneer Oliver Hill that is being installed in Richmond.
