So much for the community minded developer. It really sounds like we as a community are just supposed to accept the consequences of uncontrolled growth – more traffic, bad air quality, threats to our water supply, rising taxes- because growth and sprawl are inevitible. Thanks but no thanks. It sounds like Barbara needs to travel to the countless communities in the US and abroad that have planned for and implemented compact, attractive growth in the right places. Let Greene Co. have the Frieds and the Super Walmart….Charlottesville deserves better.
