John Rutherford founded the Rutherford Institute in 1982 to provide free legal services to people who believe they’ve had their constitutional and human rights threatened. Rutherford was Coy Barefoot’s guest on the April 26 installment of Charlottesville–Right Now to discuss the Institute and his thoughts on the recent Albemarle County school bomb plot case.
